At DoPaw we create and pack all of your orders with love and care.

All of our orders are packaged into recyclable delivery boxes with insulated wool liners, and 100% New Zealand water ice-packs, to ensure that they are kept cool on their way to you.

We work with a trusted delivery partner who is specially trained to handle perishable goods so that they are handled with care the whole way to you and delivered to your doorstep safely.

We understand that shipping perishable goods can be a little expensive so to help reduce the cost, we offer free shipping for North Island orders over $100 and, 50% off shipping for South Island orders over $100, both discounts are automatically applied at check-out.

Please ensure you read and follow the instructions on your “treat care card” upon receiving your order so that you can look after your treats as required to avoid spoilage.

Our delivery partners are able to deliver your DoPaw treats nationwide, with the exception of rural addresses (don’t worry, we are working on this!).

We dispatch orders Monday to Thursday. Orders made after 8am will be shipped the following day. Orders made after 6am Thursday will be dispatched on the following Monday. This is to ensure that your goods arrive to you safely.

Please note that during busy periods it may take an extra 24 hours for your order to be processed.

Christmas cut-off for perishables 17th December, and the 19th of December for non-perishables. Orders placed after these dates, will be shipped in the new year when we re-open!
