If you have any problem with your order, please contact us at DoPaw, and send a detailed email of the item and what the issue is through to info@dopaw.co.nz as soon as possible. Please don’t be offended if we request a photo of the issue.

Please make note that we have a 14-day return policy and unfortunately after this time we are unable to do anything further.

Furthermore, we are not liable for any product/item damage which has occurred with the courier. However, please contact us if anything has happened and we will see what we can do to help rectify the situation. You are so important to us and we would love to try help.
